What is the process for signing up ?

We make this as easy as possible.

Simply head to our contact page, complete your details, and we will then email you an offer letter with booking conditions for the tour. This will contain information on tour costs, dates, payments, whats included and how to pay. You then pay your initial deposit and thats it ! You are heading to England ! a minimum deposit of $1500 is required at the time of booking.

Do I need to pay my tour cost off in full now ?

No.

Wanderers Australia has structured a payment plan across the months leading up to the tour. These payment dates are in your offer letter once you contact us. You can pay any amount off your tour cost at any time, and you also have the option of TRAVEL PAY LATER with Latitude, which will give you up to 12 months interest free to pay off your tour cost. (Subject to approval)

What type of match tickets are available ? Are they guaranteed ?

We only have the best ! All tour packages have Category A match tickets guaranteeing excellent views for each test included in your tour cost.

What type of tour is the Levels Network Ashes Tour with Wanderers Australia ?

This is a fully escorted tour, which includes international flights, hotel accommodation on a twin share basis, transfers, breakfast daily, entry to pre-test events hosted by Willie and Justin and included introductory sightseeing days, as well as exclusive access to optional activities such as Levels Network golf days on tour. Your tour bus will have a dedicated tour manager to assist you throughout.

Can I travel on my own ?

Wanderers Australia can offer you a single supplement to have a room on your own. Costs are available on application. The cost is based on twin share. Should you be travelling on your own and are happy to share with another person in the same situation to avoid paying the single supplement, please let us know and we will do or best to accommodate this, but please note that this is not guaranteed.

Can I extend my time in the UK after my tour concludes ?

Due to airfare rules, and dependant on each specific airline, this may not be possible.

Please note that Wanderers Australia’s travel insurance policy will only cover you for the dates of our package and you will need to source your own insurance for any additional time.

We can though offer you a land only cost which will be approx $1000 less that the normal tour cost. Please contact us for more information. Should you wish to return later than the tour, we can request an extended stay with your airline at the time of request and any extended return date is subject to seat and fare availability at the time of booking.

Can I choose who I fly with ?

This is possible. We have packages with Emirates, Qantas and Singapore Airlines, and costs will vary between each airline. Contact us for more information. Limited seats are available per airline and departure date. Should your preferred airline not be available or be fully subscribed, we will look to offer you an alternative airline.

I am based outside of Australia. Can I still join the tour ?

Of course ! We can provide you with a land only cost where you fly yourself to the UK to pick up our tour and you simply depart after the tour concludes on the ground. Please contact us for more information regarding costs for land only packages.
